The customer service was top notch, as was the breakfast buffet.

Some of the physical facilities was quite dated.

The rooms need to be upgraded especially the bathroom.

Elevator has no air condition. White towels look dark brown, needs to be replaced. Not enough parking space.

Amazing hotel. Delicious food. We arrived in the evening and had dinner there, which was super. Everything was delicious. Breakfast was also amazing. The service was top. Very nice room with a huge bed.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Del Rio. My decision to transfer from another hotel was truly the right decision. I know the hotel was one of the old, good hotels, but I was amazed at how its elegance and good service have been maintained. The staff are well-trained, which made my stay even better.

The location was just perfect for my purpose of visit. The staff were very helpful, courteous and respectful. The place was clean in spite of the fact that this hotel has been around for quite sometime. The breakfast buffet was regular fare.

Besides that the place is already showing its age, I have nothing that I really didn't like. Would still recommend the place.

family room were not good and its in the ground floor

Staffs were nice and accommodating esp the housekeeping .

I booked for family and they charged me for extra bed 1500 plus pesos which was expected to be included in the booking .

Staff and the ambiance

During wee hours, a lot of banging doors and conversation can be heard. Which disturb our resting time.

Clean, lovely staff, great location

Clean and nice cafe/ restaurant in the lobby. Great breakfast spread. Organised and pleasant staff.

The staff were all accommodating and fully did there best. The interior from the entrance look gorgeous as you are a royalty walking up and down to your room. For breakfast, I really like the fresh fruits and veggies they have.
